Hi everyone! Sorry I've been MIA for a while. I'm back with a new little piece of mine to share.

"A Letter to Those Cocky Ones"
If I told you that you are smart, would you believe me?
If I told you that you are beautiful, would you laugh at me?
How about if I told you you had a kind heart?

You're so cocky about how insignificant you think you are.
You won't listen to anyone else, but your own deceived mind.
Maybe no one has ever stopped what they were doing to smile warmly at you.
Maybe no one has ever asked how they could help you.
Maybe you never had the courage to ask for a hug, because all your life you have been turned away.
You might think of yourself as tough, but I think you might not want to admit you have fears, just like every other human being. You have huge achievements, just like others around you. You have extreme value, just like everyone else.

So even if you don't want to believe me right now, I hope that one day you'll realize that there is so much more to life than hating your scars.
